Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 12 oz Scharffenberger 70% - Chopped
- 1 Tbl Carlo Brand Pomegranate Molasses
- 4 Tbl La Crema Pinot Noir
- Pinch Kosher Salt
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder for Dusting

Preparation:
- Put chocolate, molasses and salt in a medium sized bowl.
- Bring cream to a rolling boil.
- Pour over chocolate and molasses and set aside for 3-5 minutes.
- Stir until smooth and velvety over cool water.
- When chocolate has cooled to tepid; stir in wine and set to chill in refrigerator.
- After mixture is completely cooled, scoop and roll to desired size, and roll in cocoa powder to cover.
