Each year, the La Crema winemaking team tastes through every barrel in
the winery, searching for the most exceptional wine that stands apart
and displays distinctive personality. There are no preconceived notions
or rules. Our goal is to select the ten most unique barrels, then go one
better. The nine prestigious barrels become La Crema's artistic blend of
the vintage. These limited wines are the very finest Pinot Noir and
Chardonnay from La Crema.
