DESCRIPTION
Aromas of black plum, raspberry, cherry, and spices. Flavors of strawberry, blackberry, and rhubarb are complimented by spice and subtle earth tones. Dense, fine tannins are balanced by a juicy acidity.
Meditative. Seductive. Earthy.
Enjoy this alongside arugula salad with dried figs and prosciutto, curried mussels, coconut shrimp or pizza with herb-marinated feta. Lighter foods with a touch of the exotic, or a little earthiness would do well with this wine.
