DELICATE notes of red CHERRY, violet perfume, and SPICE. Fresh red RASPBERRY, cola, and EARTH with understated oak. On the palate, the wine has a medium body with JUICY acidity and REFINED tannins.
Think classics with a twist here such as herbs de Provence roast chicken, tea-smoked duck, or cream of mushroom soup with sherry and thyme. A charcuterie plate with dried cherries would not be amiss!
