Sweet spice, ripe cherry, dark chocolate, and coffee in the nose. Plum and tobacco flavors with subtle layers of toasty oak. Richly textured with soft tannins and a spicy finish.

Chicken and pork are great options for this wine, but this Pinot works impeccably with beef too. Try a rib-eye over charcoal, wine-braised brisket, or short ribs with a drizzle of pomegranate molasses.
